HAP (Health Awareness Promotion) Awards

The AMA Alliance Health Awareness Promotion (HAP) Awards recognize excellence in the health promotion programs and projects. All State, County, and Physician-in-Training Alliances are encouraged to enter one program or project in each category.

The HAP Awards are presented each year at the AMA Alliance Annual Meeting in June in Chicago.

Entry form and description must be received by March 31st.

Eligible projects must have been held and completed between March 31 and March 30 of consecutive years. Please send all completed applications to: awards@amaalliance.org.

Winners will be notified in May.
