The hotel cut off date is May 15. After that the rate cannot be guaranteed. All space is subject to availability. Early reservations are strongly encouraged.
Hotel Update – May 15, 2013
The good news is that the AMA Alliance is booming and we have many more people than anticipated coming to the conference. The bad news is that our hotel space is used up!
We have been advised that all rooms in our block have been booked, and no more rooms are available at the $250 rate at the Sofitel. There are, at this time, a limited number of deluxe rooms available at a higher
rate at the Sofitel. We suggest you reserve immediately to secure one of these rooms if you would like to be in the conference hotel.
There are other excellent hotels in the immediate area (Water Tower).
Chicago is very busy during the week of our conference, and if you are able to secure a room that works for you, we suggest that you book it immediately.
Board Members, Please Note: AMA Alliance members of 2012-2013 Board of Directors should not book hotel rooms directly with the hotel. The HQ staff will be submitting a rooming list, per our contract with the hotel.
